SBOS466A – DECEMBER 2009 – REVISED OCTOBER 2017 TMP20 ±2.5°C Low-Power, Analog Out Temperature Sensor
1 Features 3 Description The TMP20 device is a CMOS, precision analog
output temperature sensor available in the tiny SOT563 package. The TMP20 operates from –55°C to
+130В°C on a supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V with a
supply current of 4 ВµA. Operation as low as 1.8 V is
possible for temperatures between 15В°C and 130В°C.
The linear transfer function has a slope of –11.77
mV/В°C (typical) and an output voltage of 1.8639 V
(typical) at 0В°C. The TMP20 has a В±2.5В°C accuracy
across the entire specified temperature range of
–55°C to +130°C. 1 ±2.5°C Accuracy from –55°C to +130°C
