Microchip Technology MCP6281 / 1R / 2/3/4/5系列运算放大器（运放）为电流提供了宽带宽。该系列具有5 MHz的增益带宽积（GBWP）和65°的相位裕度。该系列还可以通过低至2.2V的单电源电压工作，同时消耗450 µA（典型值）的静态电流。此外，MCP6281 / 1R / 2/3/4/5支持轨到轨输入和输出摆幅，共模输入电压范围为VDD + 300mV至VSS – 300 mV。该系列运算放大器采用Microchip的高级CMOS工艺设计。 MCP6285具有一个片选（CS）输入，用于8引脚封装的双路运算放大器。通过串联两个运算放大器（运算放大器A的输出连接到运算放大器B的同相输入）来制造该器件。 CS输入将器件置于低功耗模式。 MCP6281 / 1R / 2/3/4/5系列在-40°C至+ 125°C的扩展温度范围内工作。它还具有2.2V至6.0V的电源范围。
