whose output voltage is directly proportional to
measured temperature. The TC1046 can accurately
measure temperature from -40В°C to +125В°C. The TC1046 is packaged in a 3-Pin SOT-23B package,
making them ideal for space critical applications. Applications The output voltage range for these devices is typically
174mV at -40В°C, 424mV at 0В°C, 580 mV at +25В°C, and
1205mV at +125В°C. A 6.25mV/В°C voltage slope allows
