1. Description
The TB67S559FTG is a PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar drive system
stepping motor driver IC with PWM chopper type 2-phase bipolar drive.
Using the BiCD process, it achieves an output withstand voltage of 50 V
and a maximum current of 3.0 A.
The motor can be driven by a single VM power supply with a built-in
regulator for IC operation.
