The AOZ6763DI is a high efficiency, easy to use, 3A 4.5V to 18V operating input voltage range synchronous buck regulator at high switching frequency Synchronous Buck: 145mΩ internal high-side switch for small form factor solution. The AOZ6763DI works and 80mΩ Internal low-side switch from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to Up to 95% efficiency 3A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V. 30ns controllable minimum on-time enabling this part can work at Vo=0.9V with 12V power rail The AOZ6763DI comes in a DFN 3mm x 3mm package Pulse Energy Mode for light load efficiency (Vin=12V, and is rated over a -40°C to +85°C operating ambient Vo=5V, 86%@10mA) temperature range.
