Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 5 -14, 18, 20, No connection required. These pins may be connected to RF/ N/C M 21, 22, 24 DC ground without affecting performance. These pins and package bottom must be connected to 2, 4, 15, 17 GND RF/DC ground. E - S This pin is AC coupled 3 RFIN IS and matched to 50 Ohms.
