External bypass E - C 2, 3, 4 Vdd1, 2, 3 capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. IS O This pad is AC coupled 5 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. These pads must be connected to RF/DC W N 6, 7, 8 Vgg3, Vgg2, Vgg1 ground for proper operation. O Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. S - L R IE
