Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP H This pad is AC coupled 1 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. This pad is AC coupled 2 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. E - C IS Power supply for the 2-stage amplifi er. An external RF bypass capaci- W NO tor of 100 - 300 pF is required. The bond length to the capacitor should 3 Vdd be as short as possible.
