Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP This pad is DC coupled and matched 1 IN to 50 Ohms. Blocking capacitor is required. H Gate control 2 for amplifier. Attach bypass R - C 2 Vgg2 capacitors per application circuit herein. For nominal E operation +6V should be applied to Vgg2. W O Low frequency termination. Attach bypass 3 ACG1 capacitor per application circuit herein. R & P A E Low frequency termination. Attach bypass 4 ACG2 IN capacitor per application circuit herein. RF output for amplifier. Connect DC bias (Vdd) network to 5 OUT & Vdd provide drain current (Idd). See application circuit herein. S - L R Low frequency termination. Attach bypass 6, 7 ACG3, ACG4 IE capacitor per application circuit herein. LIF Gate control 1 for amplifier. Attach bypass P capacitors per application circuit herein. Please 8 Vgg1 follow “MMIC Amplifier Biasing Procedure” M application note. A Die Bottom GND Die bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground.
