Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1 - 3, 5 - 8, 10 - 12, No connection required. These pins may be connected to M 14, 15, 17 - 20, 22 - N/C RF/DC ground without affecting performance. 24, 26, 27, 29 - 31 This pin is AC coupled and 4 RFIN matched to 50 Ohms. R - S E W Gate control for amplifier. Adjust to achieve Idd of 1300 mA. Please follow “MMIC Amplifier Biasing Procedure” O 9 Vgg Application Note. External bypass capacitors of 100 pF and 2.2 µF are required. This pin is AC coupled and R & P 21 RFOUT matched to 50 Ohms. A E Vdd1, Vdd2, 32, 28, 25, Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass IN Vdd3, Vdd4, 13, 16 capacitors of 100 pF and 2.2 µF are required. Vdd5 S - L Ground: Backside of package has exposed metal ground GND slug that must be connected to ground through a short path. R Vias under the device are required IE LIF
