B Control pads for internal switch resistance. if left float- ing, default to hiGh. 5,6 s1,s0 refer to table-1 in application notes for recommended settings. Bias supply pad. Connect supply voltage to this pad 7,8,9,10,11 VDD with appropriate filtering. a high precision (e.g. 0.5%, ±25 ppm tCr) 10K resistor 14 FiXBias to ground is recommended for good bias accuracy.
