The AOZ8S303BLS-24 is a single channel transient ESD protection for high-speed data lines: voltage suppressor designed to protect high speed data – IEC 61000 4-2, ESD immunity: lines and voltage sensitive electronics from high transient - Air discharge: ±20 kV conditions and ESD. - Contact Discharge: ±20 kV The AOZ8S303BLS-24 comes in an RoHS compliant – IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning 8/20 s): 9 A package and is rated over a -40°C to +125°C ambient – Human Body Mode: ±8 kV temperature range.
