Operating Conditions
Temperature Range ICL7660SI, ICL7660AI . -40°C to +85°C ICL7660SC, ICL7660AC . 0°C to +70°C CAUTION: Do not operate at or near the maximum ratings listed for extended periods of time. Exposure to such conditions may adversely impact product reliability and result in failures not covered by warranty. NOTES: 5. Connecting any terminal to voltages greater than V+ or less than GND may cause destructive latchup. It is recommended that no inputs from sources operating from external supplies be applied prior to “power up” of ICL7660S and ICL7660A. 6. JA is measured with the component mounted on a low effective thermal conductivity test board in free air. See Tech Brief TB379 for details. 7. For JC, the “case temp” location is taken at the package top center. 8. Pb-free PDIPs can be used for through-hole wave solder processing only. They are not intended for use in reflow solder processing applications.
