Microchip Technology MCP6271 / 1R / 2/3/4/5系列运算放大器(运放)为电流提供了宽带宽。该系列具有2 MHz的增益带宽积(GBWP)和65°的相位裕度。该系列还可以通过低至2.0V的单电源电压工作,同时消耗170 µA(典型值)的静态电流。 MCP6271 / 1R / 2/3/4/5支持轨到轨输入和输出摆幅,共模输入电压范围为VDD + 300mV至VSS – 300mV。该系列运算放大器采用Microchip的先进CMOS工艺设计。 MCP6275在8引脚封装中具有用于双运放的片选输入(CS),并且通过级联两个运放(运放A的输出连接到运放B的同相输入)来制造。 CS输入将器件置于低功耗模式。
