Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic This pin is AC coupled 5 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. T Gate Control for amplifier. Adjust between -2 to 0V 15 Vgg1 M to achieve Idd= 290 mA. S RF output for amplifier. Connect the DC 21 RFOUT & Vdd bias (Vdd) network to provide drain current (Idd). See application circuit herein. S - R IE Control voltage for amplifier. +3V should be applied to 30 Vgg2 Vgg2 for nominal operation. LIF P M Ground Paddle GND Ground paddle must be connected to RF/DC ground. 1 - 4, 6 - 14, R A No connection. These pins may be connected to RF ground. 16 - 20, 22 - 29, N/C E Performance will not be affected. 31, 32 W O P R & A E
