Please follow “MMIC Amplifier 3 2, 3 Vgg1, Vgg2 Biasing Procedure” application note. See assembly for required external components. This pad is AC coupled 4 RFOUT IP and matched to 50 Ohms. H Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. See assembly for 5, 6 Vdd1, Vdd2 required external components. R - C E Die Bottom GND Die bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. W O
